The Mombasa team who take chance on design and piloting the ELP, offered ELP( Equity leadership Program) to YAG ( Young Advisory Group) and ‘OY’ (Opportunity Youth) in Tanga city Council, i.e., in terms of experiential learning. The experience culminated in training bought an inspiring graduation ceremony on the fifth day, where participants were celebrated as champions and proudly received their badges and certificates.
